2–3 years in HV/MV switching operations and substations (MV to HV), including skids, switchgear, and preventive/corrective maintenance and troubleshooting
Must have hands-on experience performing MV switchgear manoeuvres in live systems on active projects
Professional training or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
