AUS Inds Internal Sales Snr

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment

• At least 6 month – 1 year experience in customer service/ sales industry
• The ability to multitask and priority your workloads
• Computer literacy at an intermediate level
• Good communication and written skills
• Team player to support other areas when required
• Experience in industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential
• You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position
