Job Responsibility

  • Provide customer service via face-to-face, phone and email
  • Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries
  • Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support
  • Liaise with workshop staff, assisting with pick packing and stock take duties when required

Requirements

  • At least 6 months to a year experience in sales/ customer service or similar industry
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Computer literacy at an intermediate level
  • Fast learner and happy to participate in ongoing training
  • Strong technical skills and problem solving
  • Work well in a team and independently

Nice to have

Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and or driveline knowledge is advantageous
