Job Responsibility:
Provide customer service via face-to-face, phone and email
Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries
Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support
Liaise with workshop staff, assisting with pick packing and stock take duties when required
Requirements:
At least 6 months to a year experience in sales/ customer service or similar industry
Excellent verbal communication
Computer literacy at an intermediate level
Fast learner and happy to participate in ongoing training
Strong technical skills and problem solving
Work well in a team and independently
Nice to have:
Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and or driveline knowledge is advantageous
