Job Description:

Performs total store and central audits to assist stores that are serviced from the organization's distribution centers. Provides audit reports to distribution center leadership to communicate operational accuracy, product quality, and compliance metrics. Inspects quality and control measures to evaluate procedures in compliance with the organization's standards and regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Performs total store and central audits to assist stores serviced from distribution centers
Reviews documentation, records, and procedures to verify adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, inventory control measures
Conducts audits of quality checks, new hires, training, store orders, chase, and stocking
Completes audit reports to communicate results, issues, and concerns
Analyzes data, collects performance metrics, and compares them against established benchmarks
Provides recommendations to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
Evaluates inventory management systems and suggests enhancements for better accuracy and control
Uses statistical methods, data visualization tools, and software applications to extract insights
Develops effective relationships with all team members to ensure daily communication

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
0-1 year prior relevant work experience
