Job Description:

The Auditor III role involves conducting intermediate-level audits, monitoring risks, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with internal audit standards and regulations. The position also includes drafting reports, coaching team members, and leveraging expertise in Risk and Control and related areas.

Job Responsibility:

Perform moderately complex audits including drafting audit reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutions
Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks
Identify inconsistencies in audit data or results, define business issues and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures or practices
Contribute to the development of audit process improvements, including the development of automated routines
Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely audit assurance and influence audit scope
Develop effective line management relationships to ensure strong understanding of the business
Coach team members throughout audit process
Operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy
Act as an SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
Assess risk in decisions, demonstrating consideration for firm reputation and compliance

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience
Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills
Effective project management skills
Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
Necessary intermediate English proficiency
Relevant experience in Risk and Control
Experience in Validation, execution, and monitoring of controls
Ideal experience in Afore, Pensions, and Insurance audits
Ideal Big Data experience
Organization and follow-up
Dynamic and Analytical

Nice to have:
