Auditing Clerk

• Review and audit financial records, invoices, and documents for accuracy
• Reconcile discrepancies by researching and resolving any inconsistencies
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulations, and standards
• Enter, track, and maintain data in accounting systems
• Assist the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial information

• 3+ years of experience in auditing, bookkeeping, or similar financial roles
• Proficiency in NetSuite or Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
