This role is vital to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information for our diverse portfolio of clients in various industries. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals, conducting audits, reviews, and compilations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse range of clients in various industries
  • ensure the accuracy and integrity of client financial information
  • maintain direct contact with commercial, not-for-profit and employee benefit plan/ESOP clients
  • develop and hone your technical skills in various disciplines, including audit, tax, and advisory services
  • manage client engagements and delegate work to staff as appropriate
  • play a key role in training and supervising staff
  • contribute to the growth and success of the team by providing exceptional client service
  • utilize your public accounting and audit skills to contribute to firm-sponsored charitable outreach initiatives
  • leverage your knowledge of client businesses to effectively manage and monitor customer accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
  • proven experience in Public Accounting
  • demonstrable knowledge and experience in Public Accounting Audit
  • familiarity with Employee Benefit Plan
  • experience in Audit and Audit - Financial
  • involvement in Annual External Audit
  • exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • proficient in MS Office and accounting software
  • bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
  • valid certification (e.g., CPA or EA) is a MUST
