This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded independent accountancy firm in Central London, recruiting an Audit Semi Senior to support the delivery of external audit services across a diverse portfolio of clients. Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with UK external audit assignments across a varied client base
  • Preparing audit working papers and supporting audit file completion
  • Carrying out audit testing in line with UK auditing standards
  • Supporting audit planning and on-site fieldwork
  • Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve audit queries
  • Assisting with statutory accounts preparation where required
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately
  • Developing technical audit knowledge and professional judgement
  • Supporting Audit Seniors and Managers across multiple assignments

Requirements

  • Experience working in UK external audit within an accountancy firm
  • Exposure to audit fieldwork, testing and file preparation
  • Studying ACA or ACCA, or planning to start professional studies
