Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a leading and well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Farnham seeking an Audit RI Associate Director to join their growing team. Job Responsibility:

Lead and oversee audits from planning through to completion
Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients
Review and sign off audit files as an RI
Support and mentor junior team members, assisting in their development
Contribute to business development and strategic decision-making
Work closely with Partners and the leadership team to drive the business forward

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must be a Responsible Individual (RI) or eligible for RI status
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
