Job Description

We are working with a number of leading and fast-growing firms seeking an Audit Partners to join its London office. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious individual ready to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and grow a high-quality audit portfolio
  • Act as RI on a range of complex audit engagements
  • Drive business development initiatives and win new work
  • Build long-term client relationships at board level
  • Mentor and develop senior audit staff and future leaders
  • Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and market positioning

Requirements

  • RI (Responsible Individual) status with a minimum of 2 years’ sign-off experience
  • Proven track record operating at Partner level or ready for immediate promotion
  • Strong technical expertise across UK GAAP / IFRS
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing audit teams

Nice to have

Candidates with established expertise and networks across AIM-listed businesses, Insurance, Financial Services (FS), Private Equity (PE), Listed / PLC environments, Real Estate
