Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in London, is seeking an Audit Partner to join their senior leadership team. As a Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s audit practice, driving growth, and delivering outstanding service to an impressive portfolio of clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the firm’s Audit function, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business
  • Provide strategic input into the firm’s direction and overall growth plans
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and legislation

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
  • Demonstrable leadership and business development skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of audit and accounting standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
