Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Audit Partner with extensive background in public accounting to lead audit engagements for international clients. This role involves guiding teams through complex financial reporting requirements, including audits for companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges or preparing for IPOs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of technical audit standards, and a dedication to delivering exceptional results.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead audit engagements for international clients, ensuring compliance with U.S. financial reporting standards and regulations
  • Supervise audit teams, review deliverables for accuracy, and address any discrepancies or issues
  • Provide technical expertise on complex audit matters, including SEC-related reporting and IPO preparation
  • Mentor and train audit staff to foster detail oriented growth and enhance team performance
  • Collaborate across departments to support firm-wide initiatives and strategic planning
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen business development efforts
  • Develop and present high-quality reports and presentations for clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of audit services while maintaining the highest detail oriented standards
  • Participate in recruitment, training programs, and detail oriented development activities
  • Stay current on relevant technical literature and regulatory updates to maintain expertise

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and auditing, preferably at a Senior Manager or Partner level
  • Active CPA license is required
  • Strong proficiency in SEC reporting, IPO preparation, and auditing financial statements
  • Experience auditing international or cross-border companies is highly desirable
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor staff
  • Advanced knowledge of audit standards and relevant technical literature
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively
