Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Hertford in their search for an experienced and ambitious Audit Partner. The successful candidate will play a key role in the leadership of the firm’s audit function, helping to shape its strategic direction and drive continued growth.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across various sectors
Oversee and review audit assignments, ensuring compliance and quality
Support the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and contribute to business development
Mentor and support the professional development of audit staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships at a senior level

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Proven leadership experience within an audit function
Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
