Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients
Provide strategic input and support the ongoing growth of the firm
Mentor, develop and support junior team members and managers
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of audit standards
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
