Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Worthing to recruit an Audit Manager. Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage audit assignments for a varied client portfolio
Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion stages
Review work prepared by junior team members and provide coaching
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Work closely with Partners and senior management on strategy and delivery

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
