We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our dynamic public accounting team in Troy, Michigan. Job Responsibility:

Manage and lead multiple audit engagements across various industries, ensuring quality and compliance with established standards
Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members, including staff and senior auditors, to enhance their growth and development
Review and finalize financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and accounting principles
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing their audit needs
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within audit workflows
Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals and presenting solutions to prospective clients
Oversee the timely and accurate completion of audit workpapers and deliverables
Utilize audit software and data analytics tools to streamline audit processes and achieve insightful results
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley testing and IT General Controls (ITGC) requirements
Collaborate with leadership to align audit practices with firm-wide strategic goals

Requirements:

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of audit standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
Strong skills in Sarbanes-Oxley testing and IT General Controls (ITGC)
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver high-quality results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools preferred
