Job Responsibility:

Managing a portfolio of audit clients
Overseeing the full audit process from planning to completion
Leading, mentoring, and developing the audit team
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
Building and nurturing strong client relationships
Acting as a trusted advisor on audit and financial reporting matters
Providing technical guidance and support to both clients and the audit team
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards
Reviewing audit files
Offering feedback
Ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
Collaborating with other departments, such as tax and advisory
Offering comprehensive services to clients
Contributing to business development
Identifying growth opportunities within the audit function

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified
Minimum of five years’ audit experience in UK practice
Proven experience managing audit assignments from start to finish
Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting
Experience in leading and mentoring audit teams
Focus on delivering excellent client service
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to provide expert audit and financial reporting advice
A proactive and organised approach
Strong communication and leadership skills
Commercially minded
Ability to identify growth opportunities within the audit function
