Job Description:

Audit Manager role at a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Plymouth, managing audits from planning through to completion, leading teams, and ensuring clients receive a first-class service with a varied workload and career development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a wide range of industries
Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
Identify opportunities for business development and service improvement
Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
