Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in their search for an Audit Manager to join their dynamic team in Sittingbourne. Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Lead audits from planning to completion, including managing staff and budgets
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Review audit workpapers and reports
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven track record of managing audits independently
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
