Audit Manager - Quality Assurance

• Operate independently as a QA partner across the assigned SME audit teams
• Provide assurance over the quality of IA's work via formal QA products (Scorecards, Thematic Reviews, Hot reviews and Regulatory/QA Issue Validation)
• Be a change agent in the continuous improvement program
• Contribute to continued improvement in IA and QA methodology
• Assist in the provision of methodology training to auditors
• Assist with periodic ad-hoc projects
• Assist in the review and improvement of global IA methodology and practices
• Establish and maintain professional working relationship with key IA stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet strict deadlines

• Previous Audit experience, ideally Internal Audit
• Technology Audit or related experience
• Subject matter expertise in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Analysis, BI tools and Scripting, Cyber Risk (incl. Information Security), Application Development, or Application Controls
• Related certifications (CIA, CISA, CISSP, or Cybersecurity) preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
• Effective negotiation skills and stakeholder management skills
• Effective report writing skills
• Highly analytical
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
