Job Responsibility:

Lead audit assignments from planning to completion
Manage and develop junior staff members
Maintain and build strong client relationships
Review audit files for quality and compliance
Assist with internal process improvements and team training

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
