Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Birmingham in their search for an Audit Assistant Manager to join their highly regarded Not-for-Profit (NFP) team. Job Responsibility:

Manage and deliver audit assignments for a portfolio of NFP clients
Assist with audit planning and risk assessment procedures
Review work prepared by junior staff and provide coaching/mentoring
Ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key contact throughout audits
Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless service

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience working with NFP clients is advantageous
Ability to manage and motivate a team
