This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced audit professional looking to step into a leadership role with clear progression, varied client exposure, and a supportive, inclusive culture. As Audit Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality audit services across a broad portfolio of clients — from established businesses to innovative, fast-growing organisations. You’ll take ownership of the on-site audit process, lead junior team members, and serve as a key point of contact for clients.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the planning and execution of audit engagements
Managing on-site teams and reviewing work
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying process improvements and technical issues early
Ensuring full compliance with audit regulations and standards

Requirements:

ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
Relevant experience in audit within a professional services environment
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
