Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Gloucester who are seeking to recruit an Audit Assistant Manager. Job Responsibility:

Planning and leading audit assignments from start to finish
Reviewing work of junior staff and providing constructive feedback
Ensuring audits are completed within agreed timescales and budgets
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
Assisting with staff training and development
Supporting Partners and Managers with ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong audit background within accountancy practice
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
High attention to detail and strong technical knowledge
