An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team. You will support the People Operations Coordinator with digitising all HR and employment files for all our employees. You will conduct thorough reviews to ensure accuracy and audit compliance, against the applicable regulatory standards and to support our goal of becoming paperless.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with internal and external audits
Maintain compliance records and documentation
Monitor and track action plans following audits
Liaise with staff to gather required information for audit files
General administrative duties (filing, data entry, scheduling)
Remove employee leaver files from 2026 onwards and convert files into digital format using scanning equipment and software
Requirements:
Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative
Recent experience working within an administration or compliance role
Confident communicator
Excellent written skills
Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems related to digital file management
