The Role: As an Audit & Assurance Semi Senior, you will work closely with senior colleagues on the audit and accounts of limited companies, taking on increasing responsibility as your experience and confidence grow. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse client portfolio, develop your technical knowledge, and continue your professional studies within a supportive, values‑led environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys client interaction, and is committed to long‑term career development within audit. Key Responsibilities: Audit & Accounts Preparation: Assisting with audits of medium and large‑sized companies; Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies; Working under UK GAAP, including FRS 102 and FRS 102 Section 1A; Supporting audit planning, fieldwork, and completion. Client & Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with audit teams and clients; Building strong professional relationships through clear communication; Acting in line with company values and service standards. Learning, Development & Progression: Continuing professional studies towards ACA / ACCA; Actively engaging in technical training and on‑the‑job learning; Seeking feedback and developing both technical and personal skills. About You: Essential Experience & Qualifications: At least 2 years’ experience working within an audit department; Experience preparing accounts for limited companies; UK audit experience, including FRS 102, FRS 102 Section 1A, and UK GAAP; Currently studying towards ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
