Audit and Accounting Manager

• Performing and/or reviewing of audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon-procedures
• Manage all aspects of an engagement from start to finish, including client contact, staff supervision, job completion
• Planning the engagement, performing and/or reviewing of fieldwork, preparation of full disclosure financial statements and required reports for management and regulating agencies, performing other non-audit accounting services
• Provide timely performance feedback on projects
• Mentor and training of professional staff

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 150 NYS qualifying hours
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in public accounting
• CPA certified or the eligibility to work toward obtaining a CPA license
• Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS and statistical analysis ratios
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects/task on a timely basis while monitoring time spent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient knowledge of CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, and Microsoft Office is preferred
