Our Audit & Accounts Apprenticeship programme is designed to give ambitious school leavers a clear, supported route into a career in audit and business advisory – without going to university.

Job Responsibility

  • Gain hands-on experience from the start
  • Work directly with clients
  • Support audit engagements
  • Analyse financial information
  • Help to ensure businesses report accurately and transparently
  • Spend time on client sites
  • Work as part of collaborative teams
  • Learn how different businesses operate in practice
  • Study towards the AAT qualification, followed by the ACA qualification

Requirements

  • Strong academic results (A-levels and GCSEs or equivalent)
  • A logical, detail-focused approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning on the job
