HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (or qualified Audiologist eligible for registration)
Strong commercial audiology experience with confidence in private practice sales
Competence in micro suction (training provided if needed)
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Self-motivated and able to manage a busy clinical schedule
Professional, punctual, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience

Job Responsibility

Running full hearing assessment clinics and fittings using industry-leading technology
Providing micro suction ear wax removal and supporting clinical excellence
Recommending tailored hearing aid solutions and delivering outstanding aftercare
Managing your own diary and maintaining high service standards
Driving commercial performance and contributing to the continued growth of the Forest Row site
Collaborating with a small, supportive clinical and admin team

What we offer

Uncapped commission – OTE £65,000–£80,000+
Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 (with a 45-minute paid lunch break and two short breaks)

Requirements

HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (or qualified Audiologist eligible for registration)
Minimum 2 years of unsupervised wax removal experience (micro suction & irrigation)
Proven private practice experience – NHS-only background less suitable
Comfortable working independently with excellent time management
Confident using hearing aid programming software (training can be provided)
Patient-focused, professional, and commercially aware
Strong communication skills with a warm, personable approach

Job Responsibility

Conducting full hearing assessments and fittings using recognised private-sector systems and technology
Performing ear wax removal using micro suction and irrigation techniques
Recommending and fitting tailored hearing aid solutions from premium manufacturers (Phonak, Widex, Signia, Starkey, etc.)
Delivering first-class aftercare and maintaining trusted patient relationships
Managing your own diary efficiently and ensuring smooth clinic operations
Working autonomously across two local sites (including one day per week at a GP practice)
Supporting business growth and maintaining the practice’s strong clinical reputation

Requirements

HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (degree or master’s in audiology not essential)
Proven commercial audiology experience — confident in recommending and selling hearing aids
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Full UK driving licence (travel required between stores)
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload

Job Responsibility

Running hearing clinics across your allocated stores (typically 1 or 2 days per store per week)
Conducting full hearing assessments, fitting and fine-tuning hearing aids
Recommending tailored hearing solutions and delivering excellent aftercare
Driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets
Managing your diary and ensuring high service standards across all locations
Providing wax removal (micro suction training provided if required)
