Prior experience working with AV systems, including installation, configuration, service, and maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues in the field
Familiarity with video conferencing systems, displays, projectors, audio systems, and lighting control

Requirements

Previous experience in Audio-Visual, a theatrical, industrial, hotel, and/or entertainment environment
Thorough knowledge of all basic and specialized audio visual equipment, including staging, lighting, audio and video
Strong knowledge of audio visual equipment including computers, phones, LCD projectors, screens, audio, video, and lighting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software
Strong knowledge about electricity and power distribution
Basic knowledge of rigging equipment to include truss, lighting and LCD projectors
Strong communication and customer service skills
