Audio Visual Project Coordinator

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of the AV scope for assigned projects, from intake through final handover to Operations
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility of AV designs and solutions
• Develop and execute detailed project plans to track progress, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs through structured change control processes
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution
• Serve as a technical advisor for AV systems, providing guidance on system design, video conferencing infrastructure, and event support technologies
• Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and cost forecasts to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AV project delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to company policies and standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of related experience in audio-visual technology and/or IT project management
• Equivalent professional experience may be substituted for a degree
• Proven success managing projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, system design, video conferencing infrastructure, and event support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general project management tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and manage change in a collaborative and positive manner

CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification preferred but not required
