  • Diagnose and correct technical issues that arise during the final phase of deployment to confirm systems are operating as intended
  • Conduct client walkthroughs, provide end-user training, and serve as a technical point of contact to support successful project handoff

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in audio visual design, systems integration, commissioning, or a closely related technical role
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Visio for creating AV drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation
  • Demonstrated experience performing site surveys and leading client-facing discussions to define technical requirements
  • Hands-on knowledge of AV commissioning, including troubleshooting, testing, tuning, and validation of system performance
  • Working familiarity with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, DSP platforms, signal flow, and basic networking concepts
  • Required certification in Q-SYS Level 1 or an equivalent manufacturer credential relevant to AV system deployment
  • Experience with structured cabling, low-voltage systems, security, access control, or related infrastructure environments
