Experience with audio typing
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transcription software
Meticulous attention to detail and great organisational skills

Job Responsibility

Accurately transcribe audio files into written documents such as reports, legal documents, and meeting minutes
Handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality in line with data protection guidelines
Work independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Proofread and format documents to ensure consistency, correct grammar, and appropriate structure
Maintain digital and paper filing systems
Liaise with internal departments and external clients to clarify dictation or document requirements when necessary
Assist with general office administration such as photocopying, scanning and diary management
