Job Description

The Audience Database Coordinator will be the backbone of our Audience Development function ensuring our team has the clean, accurate, and well-structured data they need to recruit top executives to our invite-only events. This is an administrative and research-focused position with meaningful impact. You'll work with tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and manage executive contacts, build targeted call lists, resolve data quality issues, and help project-manage outreach timelines across a portfolio of premium events.

Job Responsibility

  • Research and maintain accurate records of target executive contacts, titles, and company information
  • Identify and add new prospective attendee contacts to support pipeline growth
  • Monitor and resolve data quality issues including bounced emails, duplicate records, outdated details, and missing fields
  • Ensure consistency in database tagging, labeling, and record organization
  • Generate reports that surface audience data insights to inform business decisions
  • Build targeted call lists to support the attendee recruitment team's outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with Audience Recruitment, Marketing, and Production teams to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified attendee targets
  • Assist with audience organization and data preparation ahead of event launches
  • Help track recruiting activity and audience growth metrics across the portfolio

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Adept at researching contacts and companies using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, and AI-powered tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous CRM or database system experience strongly preferred
