Job Description:

Shape Connected Infotainment by ensuring test vehicles/benches are ready, reliable, and improving. Troubleshoot, share expertise, and collab globally to keep systems/projects on track for Japan.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure test environments (vehicles/benches) are ready. Maintain/upgrade systems, collab with global experts, drive improvements.
  • Solve technical issues in test environments, working with engineers/devs. Debug, troubleshoot, or escalate to drive innovation/reliability.
  • Be the expert: Gather/share insights on test environments/systems. Document best practices, connect globally to drive smarter dev/collaboration.
  • Monitor test system health, track issues, drive solutions. Updates help project/test mgt stay aligned/ahead.

Requirements:

  • Experience in engineering related job
  • Working experience in area of software and/or in the automotive industry
  • Experience in Infotainment and connectivity area
  • BA or equivalent education
  • English: advanced level
  • Japanese: Native level (N1 holder for non-Japanese natives)
  • High technical affinity
  • High interest in cars and automotive industry
  • Ability to take customers’ perspective
  • Expert knowledge or experience of general automotive or software technology
  • Experience in Reading, writing and working with technical specification for automotive requirements
  • Analytical problem identification, solving and reporting
  • Willingness to build expert knowledge on the assigned functions
  • Experience in System and software technical debugging and trouble shooting
