Job Responsibility
Understand and Beat the Sales Department TSGP Budget (F&I/Chassis)
Have a sales process where you are introduced within 30 minutes of an enquiry
Personally deliver every finance quotation
Present Finance and GAP to every retail opportunity using the F&I Presenter
Ensure every customer receives a professional presentation about paint protection
Negotiate chassis discounts with every customer
Negotiate monthly payments with every customer
Value part exchanges considering market price
Manage all enquiries to drive retail volume and gross profit
Hold regular diary reviews with Sales Executives
Listen to incoming telephone enquiries and review digital enquiries
Challenge and review all lost sales
Understand and interrogate Enquiry Management systems
Have daily/weekly strategy for contacting customers personally
Pre-stack a deal for customers
Contact all opportunities within Service Diary Bookings
Attend Divisional Retention Events
Communicate progress/activity
Support management of Sales Executives
Lead 1-2-1 reviews
Coach, mentor and develop Sales Executives
Support Sales Executives in locating/securing cars
Maintain SAF and FCA E-Learning training
Ensure DAN is started at point of order and completed at handover
Adhere to FCA Compliance rules
Refer F&I related complaints to Sytner Finance
Ensure customers receive timely information
Support customer-focused culture
Ensure all sales systems are up to date
Ensure customer paperwork is correct
Complete weekly/monthly reports
Propose accurate details to finance companies
Comply with disclosure rules and procedures
Be conversant in Sytnernet/SLi/Connect/FIL/EDOC
Requirements
Strong understanding and management of all enquiries
Ability to drive retail volume and gross profit
Experience in regular diary reviews with Sales Executives
Ability to listen to incoming telephone enquiries and review digital enquiries
Experience in challenging and reviewing lost sales
Understanding of Enquiry Management systems (EMAX, RapidRTC, Key 2 Key, TrackBack)
Daily/weekly strategy for contacting customers personally
Pre-stack a deal ability
Daily/weekly strategy for contacting opportunities in Service Diary Bookings (RITS)
Support with management of Sales Executives
Lead 1-2-1 reviews in absence of Sales Manager/Senior BM
Coach, mentor and develop Sales Executives
Support Sales Executives in locating/securing cars
Maintain SAF and FCA E-Learning training annually
Minimum 15 hours insurance related CPD
Every retail customer has a DAN started at point of order and completed at handover
Adherence to FCA Compliance rules
Refer F&I related complaints to Sytner Finance
Ensure customers receive information in a timely manner
Ensure all sales systems are up to date (FIL, EDOC, K2K, Reporting Trackers)
Ensure customer paperwork is correct and completed in good time
Complete weekly/monthly reports
Propose accurate details to finance companies
Comply with disclosure rules and procedures
Conversant in Sytnernet/SLi/Connect/FIL/EDOC and other essential platforms
