Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a prominent litigation law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Attorney who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and policy-related documents with accuracy and strong legal judgment
  • Evaluate incoming claims and matters at the outset to identify issues, risk exposure, and recommended legal strategy
  • Conduct targeted legal research and turn findings into clear, persuasive written work product
  • Support litigation activities involving insurance coverage and defense matters across active files
  • Review insurance policies and claim materials to assess obligations, defenses, and case direction
  • Assist with briefing, discovery, and other case development tasks needed to move matters forward

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Washington state
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a litigation attorney
