Job Responsibility:

  • Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, ensuring thorough preparation and effective advocacy
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound advice to clients
  • Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Handle depositions, hearings, and trials with professionalism and expertise
  • Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff to ensure seamless case management and documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws and precedents to provide accurate counsel

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
  • Proven expertise in handling plaintiffs' cases, with a solid understanding of personal injury law
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving favorable settlements
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
