• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including claims related to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and negligence
• Conduct thorough case evaluations, perform legal research, and analyze medical records and insurance policies
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients during negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings
• Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters when required
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines while managing case progress
• Utilize legal technology and case management systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Advocate for clients passionately, aiming to achieve the best possible resolutions
• Stay current on legal developments in personal injury law to enhance case strategies

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in Colorado
• 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, litigation, or related legal fields, demonstrating attention to detail
• Proven expertise in litigation, including eDiscovery, negotiation, and trial preparation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple cases and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on client advocacy
• Proficiency in using legal technology and case management systems
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required
