Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in insurance coverage and defense, along with a strong ability to analyze, research, and interpret legal documents. This role requires someone who is committed to delivering high-quality legal support and guidance while navigating complex cases.

Job Responsibility:

Provide legal counsel and representation in matters related to insurance coverage and insurance defense
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making
Draft and review motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
Interpret and assess legal contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Manage discovery processes, including document review and preparation, to support litigation efforts
Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to address case-specific needs and objectives
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice
Prepare for and participate in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Requirements:

Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials
Demonstrated expertise in litigation and insurance-related matters
Ability to draft high-quality motions, briefs, and legal documents
Proficiency in conducting detailed legal research and analysis
Strong knowledge of discovery processes and litigation procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant legal experience
Familiarity with contract review and compliance requirements
