Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a contract basis in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role involves conducting detailed legal reviews, managing data-driven processes, and ensuring compliance with governing documents.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement a comprehensive data review methodology, including training team members on execution processes
Conduct thorough reviews of approximately 50 data fields for each customer account, with varying time requirements based on account type
Perform legal assessments to validate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Develop progress and quality dashboards to monitor customer data and decisions derived from governing documents
Create structured documentation to capture activities, decisions, and outputs for reference and reporting
Conduct quality control reviews of data outputs, maintaining 100% QC initially and adjusting thresholds as agreed
Generate detailed reports to track progress across the initial set of 1,000 customer accounts
Work within a secure environment to maintain data confidentiality and integrity
Provide detailed burn-down status updates to ensure transparency in project completion timelines

Requirements:

Must hold a valid license to practice law
Prior experience reviewing complex agreements
Exposure to contracts and agreement validation processes is highly preferred
