Job Responsibility:

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including attending hearings, trials, and legal conferences
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and briefs
  • File court documents in compliance with applicable rules and regulations
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on case progress and addressing inquiries
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments
  • Manage case files and deadlines effectively to ensure smooth case progression
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Develop innovative litigation strategies tailored to the unique needs of each case
  • Analyze case details and provide informed recommendations to clients
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic advantage

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership with the Massachusetts Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling commercial litigation cases
  • Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and discovery documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of civil litigation procedures and practices
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical and detail-oriented standards
