Attorney

• Oversee environmental compliance efforts, particularly in air and water-related regulations, ensuring adherence to federal standards
• Monitor and manage health and safety compliance, including OSHA regulations, to maintain a safe workplace environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance challenges and develop proactive strategies
• Provide legal guidance on federal and state regulatory matters relevant to manufacturing operations
• Address compliance issues as they arise, offering timely and appropriate solutions
• Review and analyze regulations to ensure alignment with organizational practices
• Assist in litigation matters, leveraging legal expertise to support the company’s interests
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing industry
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions

• Must be a licensed attorney with relevant credentials
• Strong knowledge of federal environmental regulations, including air and water compliance
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and health and safety regulations
• Experience in regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment
• Litigation experience is a plus, particularly in environmental or safety-related cases
• Ability to interpret and apply complex legal regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams
• Proven ability to manage compliance projects and ensure timely resolution of issues
