Job Description:

The selected candidate will be entrusted with the duty of handling family law cases, engaging in negotiations, and advocating for clients. In addition, the candidate will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with sensitive family matters.

Job Responsibility:

Handle family law cases with a comprehensive understanding of statutes, regulations, and procedures
Engage in negotiations and advocate for clients while demonstrating excellent communication skills
Operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Use Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat for document management and conveyancing
Administer claims and handle complaints with a sense of professionalism and empathy
Utilize 3M for efficient briefing and civil litigation
Showcase experience in civil litigation while dealing with consumer electronics
Maintain a high level of compassion and empathy when dealing with sensitive family matters

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a VA Family Law Attorney
Must have Civil Litigation Experience
