Attorney

• Oversee and manage business and real estate litigation cases from initiation through trial, ensuring thorough preparation and execution
• Handle transactional matters such as drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and operating agreements for clients
• Provide strategic advice to business owners and investors on compliance, transactions, and potential disputes
• Mentor and guide attorneys at the start of their careers and support staff to foster growth within the firm
• Represent clients during court appearances and ensure effective advocacy
• Conduct and manage discovery processes, including depositions, pleadings, and motion practices
• Maintain a target of 1,450 billable hours annually while delivering high-quality legal services
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering personalized solutions

• Active license to practice law in California
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of business and real estate litigation and transactional exposure
• Strong background in transactional law, including drafting and negotiating legal documents, a strong plus but the litigation experience is a must-have
• Must be commutable to Glendale
