• Manage foreclosure cases by drafting and filing necessary motions and pleadings
• Represent clients in eviction proceedings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Handle bankruptcy cases, including creditor and debtor matters, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to support case strategies
• Oversee discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure all legal filings and documentation meet state and federal regulations
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Stay current on applicable laws and regulations affecting foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction cases

• Licensed attorney in the state of Kansas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on foreclosure and bankruptcy
• Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and legal documentation
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and deposition preparation
• Familiarity with creditor and debtor bankruptcy cases
• Expertise in handling eviction proceedings and related legal requirements
• Excellent research and analytical skills to support case development
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
