Attorney

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, from case inception to trial
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
• Review and analyze discovery requests and respond accordingly
• Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings
• Prepare court filings and ensure service to counsel
• Assist in trial preparation and provide support during trials
• Maintain accurate time records relating to case management
• Use skills such as defending depositions, trial preparation, drafting motions, and arguing motions to effectively handle cases
• Utilize civil litigation experience to navigate complex legal matters

• Licensed to practice law in California
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
• The candidate must possess the ability to argue motions effectively
• Demonstrable experience in civil litigation is mandatory
• The associate should be proficient in defending depositions
• The role requires skills in trial preparation
• Drafting motions is an essential part of the job function

Experience with e-filing is a plus
