We are looking for a motivated Attorney with commercial litigation expertise to join a dynamic legal team in New York, New York. Job Responsibility

  • Handle general commercial litigation matters, ensuring thorough preparation and representation
  • Draft and review legal motions, briefs, and pleadings with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage discovery processes, including document analysis and preparation
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy and provide comprehensive recommendations
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating professionalism and expertise
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and developments in commercial litigation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and guidance on case progress
  • Manage administrative responsibilities related to case preparation and filing

Requirements

  • Class of 2023, 2024 and 2025 only
  • Must have at least one year of experience as a practicing attorney
  • Admission to the NY Bar or pending admission is required
  • Strong background in general commercial litigation
  • Exceptional analytical and judgment skills to navigate complex legal issues
  • Proficiency in drafting motions, briefing, and managing discovery processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills
