Attorney

• Provide legal representation and counsel to community associations on matters involving contracts, real property, title, and tort law
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery materials
• Manage litigation cases, including liability defense that requires attention to detail, from inception to resolution
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to ensure clarity and a high standard of conduct
• Attend court proceedings, hearings, and mediations as required
• Collaborate with colleagues to address complex legal issues and develop innovative solutions
• Maintain a strong understanding of housing discrimination and insurance laws relevant to common interest developments
• Meet annual billable hour requirements with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Stay updated on legal trends and changes impacting community association law

• Must hold a current license to practice law in California
• Possess 2-7 years of experience in civil litigation or related legal disciplines
• Demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills to handle complex legal matters
• Exhibit confidence in client communications and courtroom appearances
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines
• Strong research skills to support case preparation and strategy development
• Commitment to becoming an expert in community association law
