Job Description

We are looking for an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property and licensing agreements to contribute to a dynamic team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is a contract position that requires expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements related to innovative technologies. Candidates with a background in the biotech industry will have a distinct advantage.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with intellectual property counsel to develop comprehensive licensing agreements for proprietary technologies
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on intellectual property matters, including licensing strategies and risk assessment
  • Conduct thorough research to address legal challenges in the biotech sector
  • Ensure all agreements meet regulatory standards and protect organizational interests
